Moore Faith with Kisha

Kisha Moore is a woman who has overcome many challenging obstacles. Through her faith in God and love for Jesus, she is now able to encourage, motivate, and inspire others to overcome similar challenges she has overcome.

After dropping out of high school at 17, she later obtained her General Education Development (GED) certificate. At 32, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from the Master’s College in Santa Clarita, California. If anyone knows what it’s like to be an overcomer, she does. Kisha has a passion for seeing others succeed and believes that nothing in life is too hard to overcome.

In 2019, at the age of 38, God placed it on her heart to move to Dallas, Texas. Although she had never visited Dallas, she knew it was God guiding her to make the move. Not knowing anyone or having money saved felt like a stumbling block. Her first thought was, “Okay I will save money and visit a few times to get familiar with the area, then move”. It sounded like a good plan, but it was not God’s plan. There was a gentle nudge prompting her to make the move immediately, so she complied. Within 30 days of hearing God say it was time to move, she gave her apartment a 30-day moving notice and sold 95% of her belongings. She then leased an apartment in Dallas without ever visiting. With her last paycheck, she paid the first month’s rent, leaving her with only $700. Despite having no job prospects lined up in Dallas, and no clear plan, she embarked on a 3-day solo road trip to Dallas on faith, trusting that God would open doors and provide resources and provision.

Shortly after moving to Dallas, she was hired at a car dealership. Starting as a Business Development Consultant, she excelled above others in her department. Soon after, she transitioned to become a car salesperson, which lasted for a month. Though it was only a month, she broke the company’s record by grossing the highest sale for a single vehicle!

She later decided to go back into the insurance industry. The new company offered great pay, and things seemed to be going well. After living in Dallas for 2 1/2 years, she started feeling God telling her to move to Atlanta, Georgia, but she was hesitant. Suddenly, she began feeling that same nudge she felt when God told her to move to Dallas. Her mind was clear that it was God speaking to her. This move would be different because she was now in a better financial position and decided to purchase her first home. Stepping out on faith once again, she bought her first home in Auburn, Georgia, without ever visiting.

She was now 42, and she started reflecting on her future. The repetition of working in a stressful sales environment was no longer fulfilling. Her heart longed for something different. Years ago, God had placed on her heart that she would be a vessel He would use to help other women identify and pursue their God-ordained purpose.

It was time for her to take the next step into her purpose. She started a Wednesday night Bible Study with friends and family who lived in California through Zoom. She prayed and encouraged the women on the call, providing a space for them to share whatever they were going through. The six-month Bible Study served as training and preparation for a bigger platform.

God impressed upon her heart to start “MOORE FAITH with KISHA” across multiple platforms. “Moore Faith with Kisha” is a YouTube Channel where Kisha encourages others by sharing her faith testimonies. She also works as a “Purpose Coach,” helping other Christians identify and pursue their God-ordained purpose through faith.

Moving Over Obstacles Requires Execution, which is the acronym for Moore. In addition to YouTube and purpose coaching, her favorite role is being a purpose speaker. “It’s not about being on the stage just to be seen for me. It’s about using the voice that God has given me to motivate and encourage others. I have faced many obstacles, and each time, I was able to overcome them by applying execution. Speaking life into others is my purpose. Everyone has a purpose that should be pursued. You can make lots of money and accomplish many things, but if it is not your God-ordained purpose, I don’t believe a person can ever truly be fulfilled.”
